Shipping Carrier: TeeVivo collaborates with YunExpress for delivering packages from our warehouse to your designated address.

Responsibility: TeeVivo is responsible for printing and promptly dispatching your orders using the chosen delivery service and carrier. However, unforeseen delays in delivery may occur due to external factors like holidays or natural calamities.

Business Day: Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, federal holidays, or days when banking institutions are closed by law or government directive.

Processing Time: This denotes the duration needed to process your order and prepare it for shipment. Typically, we require approximately 1-3 business days to produce your product, subject to the item type.

Expected Delivery Date: TeeVivo estimates delivery within 5-8 business days.

Tracking Information: All shipments include a tracking link enabling you to monitor the delivery status.

Shipping Fee: Shipping charges depend on the destination and the number of items ordered. Generally, shipping commences at $5.99 for the first item and $1.99 for each additional item.

Shipping Locations: TeeVivo provides worldwide shipping, excluding APO/FPO and PO Box addresses.

Tracking Orders: Upon shipment, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order online. Customers with TeeVivo accounts can also monitor order status in the “My Account” section.

Lost Packages: Claims for lost packages must be lodged within 4 days of the estimated delivery date. Upon confirming the address and attempting to locate the lost package, TeeVivo will cover the expenses of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.

Incorrect Recipient Address: Reshipping charges apply if the recipient’s address is incorrect. We’ll inform you upon the return of the order to our facility.

Undelivered Packages: If tracking indicates delivery but the package hasn’t been received, contact us promptly for assistance. TeeVivo will investigate and provide necessary support.

Damaged or Defective Products: For damaged or defective items, email a photo of the damaged product to [email protected]. TeeVivo will arrange for replacement or refund.
