Validity for Exchanges & Returns:
All requests for exchanges and returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. Requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
It must be damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered (including wrong color, size, or visibly defected print).
It must be returned in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase, such as the receipt, must be provided.
Return/Exchange & Refund Procedure:
If you’ve received a damaged or defective item from TeeVivo, you can return it by mail for a refund or replacement. Here’s how:

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return label within 14 days of receiving the item.
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the completed return form included in your original shipment.
Affix the provided shipping label (ensuring the barcode is visible) and ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Products can be returned without shipping fees and restocking fees only if they are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way.
Once your return reaches our warehouse, you can exchange it for the originally purchased goods or receive a refund for the actual purchase price.
Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment, typically appearing on your statement within 3-10 business days. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at [email protected].
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. However, if any received products are deemed defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you.
